Uwe Düchs has long-standing experience advising medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs on business law. His expertise extends to the areas of law that are particularly relevant in the context of corporate management. These include corporate law and commercial law, but also employment law and competition law. . He is particularly experienced as a negotiator in complex contractual matters, also with cross-border implications. Uwe also regularly represents clients in arbitration proceedings.
After several years as a lawyer, Uwe Düchs took over the management of the Serviceplan Group in 2001. In 2006, he joined Sernetz Schäfer as a partner at the Munich office.
