VI. Data storage when contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the contact form on www.duechslegal.de, your email address will be stored. In addition, we store the data voluntarily submitted by you, such as name and address, insofar as this data is required for processing your enquiry.
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. - Qualification-related information (e.g. degrees and training certificates, academic achievements, other information included in your CV)
- Your photo, if applicable
Insofar as your data is required to carry out the application procedure, Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the new version of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is the legal basis for processing your data.
If your application to Düchs Legal is successful, we store your data for the duration of the employment relationship. After you leave, we store your data for a maximum of three years for purposes of preserving evidence.
If your application was unsuccessful, we store your personal data for a maximum of six months after the conclusion of the application procedure for the purpose of preserving evidence and then delete it.
VII. Rights of data subjects
If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR. You are therefore entitled to various rights vis-à-vis us as the data controller. These are in detail:
